I have been very satisified with my treatment. Dr. Jackson doesn't pressure you to do unnecessary work. The hygenist is friendly, compassionate and extremely approachable. I would recommend Dr. Jackson and his office staff to provide a pleasant experience.

Dr. Matthew Jackson and his staff are a great team. He demonstrates a concern for the patient's dental and overall health. Each person on his staff contributes to an excellent experience.

I had a particularly bad case of "grinding" my teeth. He made a mouth guard for me that has alleviated the problem. This is after I have seen a number of dentists over the years who were not able to.

Don't hesitate. Call his office today.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

They barely gave me any information at all. I had to do my own research on healing and aftercare. Their staff was not friendly at all and called me names to Dr. Jackson. When I called in needing just Ibuprofen 800 for the swelling and more penicillin for all the blood I've swallowed (since I have a heart condition) I didn't get it! I will not be returning to his practice. I didn't feel welcome there.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
