Dr. Guilfoyle always dresses professionally. I didn't wait at all. My appointment started on time, and I was completely at ease during my appointment here. He went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. He always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listens to every question or concern I may have. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry because I'm a senior, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, He was very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell He really cares about everyone who visits him.

Gary Guilfoyle has been my audiologist since we moved to Ballston Spa in 1992. I have since moved but whenever I'm in the area I always stop by to get my hearing aids/ear molds adjusted. You couldn't ask for a better audiologist.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
