Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
