They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
