This is a place where doctor does stuff only with an intent to get money out.
Very unprofessional with a chewing gum in his mouth while talking to his patients. His first concern is how will you pay . Thats not his job to worry about it. His staff should be the people taking care of such stuff.He treted me for 2 mins and expected he would get paid $40. For what he did i would get an hour of massage from a massge therapist for $30 ... Just a rip off..

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week.
