Not at all. They were very considerate and let me relax
Was the massage therapist able to customize their massages for clients with injuries?
Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I appreciated that they respected my privacy the entire time I was there. I never felt violated or overly exposed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I loved that they played nice, relaxing music in the background during my massage. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Before they started my massage, they asked me how I preferred to have my massage done, to make sure they gave me exactly what I was looking for. They really care about giving their clients the best massage possible.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
