After leaving the appointment, I felt so much better! My pain subsided and I couldn't wait to go back! When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I tend to be sensitive to smells, especially bad breath, however this acupuncturist paid attention to details like that. I appreciated all of the attentiveness. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. This place has some of the best customer service I've seen. They make it a priority to always put the customer first. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
