A long overdue review, however, wanted to let the public know that earlier this year, Kim was unwilling to provide my insurance company with information necessary to process my car accident claim for re-imbursement regarding the therapeutic massages she gave me. She doesn't take insurance cases to file herself, however I agreed to pay out of pocket knowing my insurance company was going to reimburse me. I know Kim understood this from the beginning. After several treatments (aprox. $500) Kim was simply required to provide her tax ID or SS # and I would be reimbursed. She refused to provide her tax ID/SS# to my insurance company -- Her reason directly to the insurance company was that she works under the table and doesn't report her income to the IRS. Therefore I was NOT reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses. Attempts to persuade her to cooperate were futile. And, her husband even showed up at our house (in a private community) at our door and in a forceful/threatening manner insisted on talking to me. Fortunately, my husband answered the door and asked him to leave. He actually came back the next day and sat in his car outside our house on the street. Once again, my husband asked him to leave. We filed a police report. Just a heads up if you're caught in a similar circumstance with insurance reimbursement. Any other reputable licensed massage therapists I know, would have cooperated.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I didn't experience any pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The waiting room here is spacious. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
I have been looking for a massage therapist for years that when I left the office I felt satisfied and wanted to return to them as a client until I visited Kim's Healing Hands. I appreciate her work and time to care for me as a person, I highly recommend her. Thank You Kim!

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

This was by far the worst masage that I have ever had. The place is in the basement of a private home and is not very appealing. It actually neither feels really clean. Kim is a nice person but there were two major problems during my session: First of all she demanded that I undress completely which is absolutely not professional. The ususal code is "undress to your comfort level". I did not have a huge problem with that but felt sort of uneasy about it. The massage itself was horrible I had the feeling to be some piece of meat being prepared, very rough and not very relaxing. Being asked by her about the level of firmness beforehand I asked for "firm" but several times it got the point of being quite painful before I finally asked her to ease up. Worst experience ever having a massage.

People reading my recommendation will most probably think that I am bias because I am Kim`s husband. Well! they are right. It is to be known however that I became her husband after receiving a massage which got me back on my feet when I had trouble walking and was in a lot of pain. All my life, prior to Kim`s massage, I had seen soooo many different types of therapists and I did not believe she could do anything for me. I did not want to go through being deceived once again. I am glad she has been so persistent at inviting me to get on her table and that I finally accepted her offer. I was so impressed that I asked her to marry me. She manifestly said YES! Since, I am a happy man as I regularly receive free massages and also because, like me, she loves to help people and is doing so really well with her unique Therapeutic massage therapist`s talent. What is also really enjoyable, is that each time she comes back in the office after she helped someone and the person orginated that he/she is feeling much better, she has this lil girl`s enthusiatic facial expression and is all excited. This is AWESOME and I am the only spectator witnessing this. It`s one of the many other advantages of being married to her...

"To everyone reading this recommendation, this is one of the easiest! I met Kim early this year while she was taking the initiative of networking at a local retail chain. In the past I have gone to other message therapist and I thought I was receiving a good message. When I went to Kim for a message I realized that I have never received a true, professional message. I highly recommend Kim if you need a fantastic message."

Kim is the best massage therapist I have been to. I have had neck, shoulder and back problems since I can remember, and most massage therapists only provided temporary relief. Since visiting Kim my pain has diminished. The massage is therapeutic, not just a "feel good" massage. I strongly recommend her.
