I don't recommend this spa. I needed to reschedule my appt due my daughter getting very sick. I called and left them a voicemail around 8:30 am and continued calling throughout the morning and afternoon. They were supposed to open at noon but obviously didn't (the numerous repeated phone calls show they weren't open). They called me backed finally at 2pm and said I had to forfeit my Groupon for not giving 24 hour notice. They also said it would have been different if I was sick. Obviously they aren't very busy if they don't open until 2 so you would have thought they might work with a first time customer. I'll never use them or recommend them to anyone. I get spa service once a week so they lost out on a lot of potential business. I understand the 24 hour notice but most places try to work with people when something unforeseen happens so they can get your business and future business. This place would rather just take your money and not have to worry about providing service. This was a wasted $99.

My massage therapist was great. She made sure I was comfortable and then proceed to work her magic on all the tension on my body. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The rates are fair and the membership program provides you with big savings over the full year.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I just had my first massage at Jobonga Massage and loved it. The therapist was great. She asked what kind of pressure I liked and what my areas of concern were, and then she did a great job of working on those areas with just the right amount of pressure. I felt totally relaxed afterward but wasn’t sore at all the next day. I sit at a desk all day and have a lot of trouble with my neck, so I’m very happy to finally find a good therapist at a place close to my house to have regular massages. The clinic is new and beautifully decorated and it was, overall, a great experience. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment.

I recently had a massage from Lemetria, the massage therapist at Jobonga massage and I have to admit it was one of the best massages I ever had. Lemetria's 90 minute massage was amazing. She was able to release all the tension on my shoulders, back and legs. I feel great!! I am very impressed with Jobonga massage not only because of the massage therapists that work there but also for the clean, kind and welcoming atmosphere when you enter their doors. I highly recommend Jobonga massage to everyone.
