i have been a patient at lourdes counseling center for about 17-20 years its a joke to call them a mental health provider. over the years this place has backslid from a "bunch of mental hearth med nurses. in almost 20 years well say" they have went from a sorta just below average to a risk to your mental and physical safety by going to this provider. i have been a patient here way too long. i think theres maybe 3 actual psychiatrists working there only time i have ever got a visit with a qualified psychiatrist is inpatient

I am changing providers! I am not treated well at Lourdes Counseling center. I tried for hours to reach them by phone today and they are too busy to take calls. I found them sitting talking when I finally just went there in person. The receptionist treated me poorly when I explained why I was there in person. I missed an appointment, and upon realizing it I tried to reschedule an appointment. Now my appointment is more than a month away. Not acceptable. I was lied to. The receptionist said that Lourdes takes calls by 7am this is not true. Just try calling 943-9104. that early. I am tired of being treated subhuman. My needs are real and I will work within the parameters when reasonable. If you do not want me as a patient then just say so. I will be leaving your care for someone that really cares.
