Terrible.
Brought my mom in for chest pain. Was treated badly, nasty and they told me ideas not allowed to be with my mother. That they would keep me updated. They. Alled the security guards and would not let me be with my sick mother. Terrible that a hospital could treat someone this way. The front desk ladies were mean as well as the security

In the past, I have had all 4 of my children at Mcpherson. Last night, 6/16/16 I went in at 11:30 p.m. with a painful kidney stone. My experience with the phenominal nurse, Patty, the PA and the doctor on staff was wonderful. They were quick, thorough, efficient and kind, kind, kind. It was, other than the stone and the woman at the greeting desk, a pleasant, experience.,exceeding any expectations.
