Hospital has twice lost patient, Told he was not at that hospital. Takes hours and multiple calls to finally talk to nurse only to be told they do not know anything about patient condition. Patient on experimental drug requested his neurologist be contacted.. He is the one who administers the experimental drug. Three days later still had not contacted patient's neurologist. Was told again he would be contacted today. My son has rare terminal brain disease so his treatment needs to involve his brain disease. That is why I keep requesting they contact his neurologist. Due to his disease his speech is very garbled and I am often unable to understand what he is saying . I know that covid 19 has made it harder for medical personnel but it is also hard for family who now has to rely on infiormation from the doctors and the nurses. I question the quality of care he is getting. They can't even keep track that he is in their hospital
