My granddaughter was hospitalized for 4 days last week. The nurses, respiratory doctors and all other staff were very kind and compassionate. She was being treated for breathing difficulties due to asthma. It had happened after playing outside in the Spring pollen. Yet she wore the same tee shirt -- that she had played in the woods, had come through ER wearing -- that same shirt in the hospital for 3 days. It was nice that she did not have to wear a gown, but she should have been given something clean to wear. Her sheets and pillowcases were NEVER changed and she was never given a sponge bath or washcloth for her face. Again, this was an asthma problem after playing in the park in the April pollen.

I was an adolescent patient there in early October of 2015 and the care I received was terrible. They treated me like an animal even though I was the most well behaved patients there. I witnessed nurses beating little children. Dr.Bergs was one of the worst doctors ever. He was very quick to give me medicine and had ordered me into the quiet room after I refused to take a medication that I was allergic to. Very unorganized and as I was escorted there (by ambulance) I got a look at the lower level and it looked like something out of a horror film. It looked as if they picked up everything and left. Visitation was always kept short and they did poor jobs at caring for their patients. They've treated us like prisoners. They kept me there for a week and I witnessed riots, beatings, horrible care for patients, handing out random pulls to patients, them taking blood from patients with a used needle, and far worse. I'm lucky I even lasted a day in that hell hole.

St. Lukes mental Health facility with the exception of a few nurses and one therapist This place is unorganized, unsafe, NOT helpful ... We had hoped this place would help our child ... instead I feel she is worse off than when we choose to seek help. Dr. Khan is rude and quick to give Rx ... and feels he above talking with parents ...Do NOT send your child here!

Terrible treatment, low quality staffing, pathetic interiors and people on staff told me a different answer to the same questions! Would be a great place to film about a hospital in the 1950's!!!

My doctor at St. Luke's didn't listen to any of my issues and prescribed me medication after medication until i felt decent. Then he dropped me when i lost my insurance and left me with no help finding another doctor. I wouldn't think it a big deal except the meds he had me on produce awful withdrawal leaving me to think he could give two shits about his patients mental health as well as general health

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
