I had a very bad experience with this facility while using their ER department.
Aside from overcharging me for services not provided, the staff was extremely rude.
While admistrative personnel excells in their customer services, the ER health professionals seem to see patients as if they were objects, beings with no rational ability whatsoever.
I hope once the new Lancaster community hospital opens, the AV hospital is ready for some good competition. I for one will be going to the new hospital without a question.
