They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
