They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. The chairs in the waiting room were plastic and cheap. They gave me the worst back pain while I was waiting. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
