Surgeon was always in surgery delaying my husband's immediate, necessary, painful surgery.
As per staff, Jose needed an additional ex-ray but machine was broken and was going to be worked on the following afternoon, delaying surgery another day.
Took 3 days for the surgical staff (P.A.) to finally come inform my husband of what was going to take place.
Nursing staff was wonderful.

I went to Edinburg Regional some months ago I was really pleased with the ER DR's, nurses . When I assigned to a room I also found the nurses , and the head -nurse at the desk were also very courteous, and responded to my needs. This past friday night I had to be at your hospital for some health issues. and I found this crew was good but a bit to relaxed in some way..When they gave me the IV and it finished . The nurse finally came in and said I was being released..She took off all or most of it anyway. She then gave me my evaluation and directed me to walk out to the front lobby. She just said you need to see your provider , no explanation of the results by no one. I'm not a Dr. and I'm unable to know all the jargon in a medical evaluation.. This is the first time I've had a problem like this.. I still think you have a excellent facility. Thank you
