The last surgical procedure was a cataract operation. The intern nurse dropped the ball regarding my followup visits. She didn't schedule any.
When I did return for what they called a plastic procedure, the nurse looked at my file and said "you never returned to us for follow up after your cataract procedure." What could I tell her?
