The staff at Havenwyck Hospital is rude and argumentative. They did not return phone calls to family members and I witnessed an adult orderly flirt with and request the contact information of a 15 year old girl. The average stay is twice that of the average psychiatric facility, 7-10 at Havenwyck as compared to 3-5 elsewhere. It is very difficult for me to wrap my head around the practices exercised at Havenwyck. It is my recommendation every patient seeking care avoid this hospital at all costs.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
