My mother was brought in to Kindred Hospital Mansfield and her health deteriorated despite all of the help she received. I was especially impressed with the nurses Hellene, Eva, and Julie. They're were angels and we adored them. I absolutely loved Paula who attended mother with grace and always aware of my mothers dignity. The whole staff was wonderful and caring but these ladies were outstanding to me. The staff was helpful with the decision of hospice and with hugs and tears supported us the whole way.

Food is very good taste and appearance. Complemtary snacks are great Overall staff is extremely responsive To patients needs and very time responsive. In addition to regular visits the CEO visits on weekends. The ambassador program insures things run smoothly. Housekeeping and all employees go above and beyond expectations.

I came in Pretty bad shape and I'm leaving in a good state. The Attention from nurses was great. I wasn't a fan of the food, at times the food was great and at other times it was uneatable and unimaginative. Other than that and my room being cold, I was given a heater and I felt as that wasn't the way to solve the problem. I was happy with my stay and care.
Every nurse I had was committed to the job and preformed in an above standard fashion. I was very impressed with Rehab and the machines that helped me gradually improve muscle strength and my capabilities. Therapy staff were very good natured but persuasive in advancing my state of health.

There are of a number of things that have impressed us with your facility. The first thing & probably the most important was having a patient advocate on staff. (Sharon is wonderful in this position & has been very helpful.). We had some problems at Baylor in Waxahachie and we felt so helpless because there was no one to go to. It was helpful also having doctors that were in in touch with the doctors we had at Baylor (Waxahachie). We did have a couple of issues; the administrative staff with Sharon were great in resolving these. The therapy team was excellent in helping me get my strength back. Everyone, nurses, techs, janitorial staff, EVERYONE, was very encouraging & uplifting. This was paramount to my recovery.

My stay was as good as can be expected when you are sick. All the staff has been wonderful, and kindred is very well staffed.

I had great care. Attention and great care. Everyone focused on my care and recovery in which was my goal is also. Therapy was great they worked very hard and were accommodating.

Our stay here certainly has had its ups and downs. However, the nurses were great for the most part. They were cheerful and caring. The management was awesome when they offered a bed to my wife.

We would like to thank everyone for their hard work and we will come back to visit

X-ray tech upbeat and loving, took extra care and always checked on me.. There was a night respiratory nurse who jokes around and helps me feel comfortable while doing breathing treatment.
