My son was taken to Retreat Hospital on Wednesday January 14 for a injured arm. He was taken by ambulance. They did not do a xray or anything else. They put him in a sling and gave pain meds. We followed up with a ortho doctor and first thing he did was xray and found he had a badly broken arm that required surgery to fix. The swelling by that point was so bad we had to wait on surgery. He now has a plate and screws in his arm. I would never recommend to hospital to anyone.

There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they cared at all. I watched two shifts scroll the Internet as I was in pain, they couldn't even bother to get up and walk 20 feet to let me know anything! Oh! Did I mention I was the only patient in the ER!
