The place is alright. I had Amy -- very nice lady. The one who I did not care for is the receptionist. I think her name was Krista. She was not at all friendly. She had this annoying look the entire time. When I was paying and asked how much I owe, I could not hear her the first time so I asked again and she seemed to be really irritated. Most salons I've been to have the nicest, friendliest receptionists. Not this one. She ruins the otherwise friendly atmosphere of the place.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Naleena Augustensen, Hair Designer styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
