It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The medical staff works very hard to make sure I am notified immediately about every single important health decision for my loved one. I never have to worry. I appreciated that the staff took the time to dress and groom each resident. I think it's so important to their overall health and well-being. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
