There is no way I ever would have gone to this place if I had known how horrible it was going to be. I'm definitely not going to be recommending it to any of my friends or family. Their facility was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something just from being there.The staff is constantly answering their phones when they're supposed to be helping patients. They really should wait until their break or something. The entire staff was so rude and inconsiderate. I couldn't believe they would be so mean and take such horrible care of their residents. I am horrified with this place and have removed my loved one already.
