Haven't yet received my new glasses but the Optometrist was very nice; and she seemed very competent. The rest of the staff is very helpful; but they are extremely busy; and several people had to bring their glasses back to have the bifocal position measured again; and then have the lenses replaced to the correct RX. I think this might be because they have so many customers and not enough staff to take time with each person that orders new glasses. Also, many of us older adults; don't know about the bifocal position; so until we get the glasses; we aren't aware of the measurements needed for our glasses.

Worst service every they have made the wrong prescription now (4) and I have not been able to drive at night for four months now. They never call me back and I have given and faxed the correct prescription as has my doctor but still no glasses. They will not return my calls as they promises they will just as soon as the managers is free, never happens. I have spend hundreds of dollars for myself and family at this vision center and the only reason I am still trying to get my glasses from them is they are under insurance and we paid a lot for the glasses as well as for the insurance. I am about to take them to small claims court. It is a 3 hour round trip every time I go to pick them up but they are wrong.

Went to Walmart vision because they accepted my insurance. I brought my own frames and told the man that I had insurance and which one. He brought chart with the prices which I thought were the prices with my insurance. Come to find out they were their regular prices. Returned to pickup my glasses and this woman just handed them to me. I tried them on and they were very loose. I made this statement twice and she finally asked if I wanted her to tighten the ear piece, which she did. I was still standing. . NEVER did she ask me to sit down so she could check and fit the frames properly. I have been wearing glasses for 65 years and have never had such unprofessional service.

Terrible service tried to order glasses through them after 6 days they had still not even placed the order. When I told them to cancel the order because I was going to have it filled from an online business and that I wanted the pd distance that was part of my prescription they refused to give it to me. After I persisted the manager to the optometrist aside then had him write the wrong distance down on my script, he intentionally falsified my eye glass prescription. I would Never recommend this place to anyone.
