My glasses where fine , but I work construction and they break about every 3 months, so I showed up to get a copy of my prescription and lady said she couldn't I didn't want to argue so I just walked away, customer service sucks. I will attempt to get it one more time cause I paid for it and my glasses.

My prescribed glasses came back blurry. The lenses were reverse between my good eye and bad eye. I was also lied to what I was initialing on the form by the receptionist. I was told I was signing for services performed from Doctor. My husband read to me later that I initialed I was refusing to have my eyes dilated. I never refused anything. While questioning why I was lied too later, I was told that they have stop doing it. They never acknowledged lying to me.

Went in there with my 5 year old, and if you have any around you know how they are. The optometrist was very friendly and engaged in conversation with him, making him part of the exam and asking him him as well as answering questions.
