Outstanding customer/patient experience in every category! From the first minute I stepped inside until I left, I was treated with concierge-level service. Dr. Grant is a wonderful optometrist who took a genuine interest in my needs and made time to get to know me personally. Todd, Robin, Maddie, and especially Karina made my visit an absolute delight. I'm already looking forward to my next exam in 2023. If they had a higher rating than five stars, I would give it. because they deserve it. Cannot recommend them too highly!

Fare warning. Do not even start a conversation with sales representative named "Will". The worst attitude i have ever received at a vision center. I asked him a question relating to contact lense cost and fit he immediately directs me to speak with eye doctor about it. He states that he is in charged of frames not contact lenses. I speak with doctor about lenses fitting my 12 yld and got answers. She then directs me back to sales representative for lens cost. I specifically asked her that i would rather speak with someone other than Will. She directs me to Brittany. She was great and friendly. I asked her a question that i guess she could not answer. And here comes "Will" with the same hurry up attitude. I asked him to slow down and calm down. With a smart attitude pulls the chair and sits down in front of me while im standing. That was the end for me. I asked for my prescription and I'll never return to that location. This is a new crew. I have never had any issues before with this location. Fare warning. Just go to another vision center.
