Probally last time there. I didnt mind the wait for the doctor and get a makeshift chart. There was a mis cominication first the receptionist was new and needed a little more training but I was fine with her. The gentleman taking care of my glasses was having a bit bof a hard time on computer and proceduress but that was fine too. Then what he said and the doctor was 2 different things and while I tried to clear that up with the receptionist I was letting my husband know of my fustration. At NO time did I bad mouth ANYBODY! I said they were confused and maybe not quite know how to do things and this was taking a while.The manager was very rude and mouthy and had no business interfereing with me talking to my spouse. If she was LISTENING she would of realized I the customer wasnt d :ad mouthing anyone and just trying to make sure my prescription was correct. Which was the problem.

I was extremely annoyed when I specifically told the Dr and the gentlemen who assists the Dr that if I needed a follow-up appointment after my eye appointment for contacts that I would schedule one. I was then charged for a follow-up appointment anyway! I didn't even know that I had been charged for a follow-up appointment/lens fitting until I received my statement from my insurance company!
