Dr. Duffy was kind, and excellent listener and guided me to several books and resources that have all been useful and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Duffy is amazing. She is an expert and a wonderful person. She saved my life when I was in a crisis after my husband died.

Saying Dr. Duffy is amazing would be an understatement. She and her receptionist are always friendly and welcoming, which matches the cozy and warm ambiance. My schedules are beyond hectic and sometimes I have to reschedule last minute, which she more than happily squeezes me in another time. She has also taken a few emergency calls from me
to help right away. Being able to schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly is great too. Other places are once every few months! Never have I felt rushed or pressured to dig into things I wasn’t ready for and I was also provided other perspectives without my own opinions being judged. It’s a place where I feel safest to vent while getting to the root of it all. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. I highly doubt I would find any doctor or office as comforting to me as this one.

Messy, cluttered, dirty little office, sets the tone as you walk in the side door. Flyers and messages taped up everywhere so you have no idea what’s important like emergency exit information and what isn’t. You can’t even get to the receptionist window because of a love seat blocking your path. Watched Lisa Duffy take her dog into the facility with no regards to my spouse’s allergies. During the session Duffy only wanted to hear herself talk, instead of listening to what the patients had to say. She likes to interrupt your examples with her biases before you even make your point. This isn’t a warm welcoming environment where you would feel safe putting all your cards on the table. I wouldn’t recommend this counseling service to anyone at this point!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel mutually respected and attended to. They listen to every question or concern I may have. Someone who says any thing different you may want to question it! They offer the best pricing I've ever seen, offer a sliding fee to uninsured people and even do some probono. My insurance plan covered the cost of my time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, made me feel cared for and I knew that I could count on them between times. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are reliable.
