I have had FSM done by Dr Matz on my knee and she is a miracle worker. Very skilled, professional and personable.

They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment?
Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Absolutely! They were extremely careful

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Frankly, after two severe concussions, a cerebral hemorrhage, and extensive heavy metal poisoning, I was looking for a miracle. Dr. Matz has given it to me. The office at O'Keefe and Matz is also gorgeous.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays?
No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

I've had knee pain for about 8 years and even surgery didn't fix it. I was getting very sedentary because it hurt to walk. Dr Matz worked on it for a total of 2 1/2 hours, gave me frequency specific microcurrent to do at home for the month and now I walk freely with no pain, and no stiffness. I bless her with every step I take.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
