Worked on my dog. Recommended a accupuncturist also. Made a huge difference. Instead of making an end of life plan for her she is running and playing like a puppy.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
On a personal level they made sure I knew exactly what was happening and going to happen before I even had to ask. Before my first adjustment and therapies Dr. Nelson took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Before I started care he layed out a plan in detail and made sure I understood what his plan for me was. How do I feel? GREAT!!!

I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
