I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

The waiting room was small and I had an 8 a.m. appt which 4 other people did as well. Dr. Robinson walked in, looked nothing like the picture was filled with Botox and her bedside manner was horrible. She is not a doctor to go see for any medical reasons unless you just want injections. She made me pay my entire deductible before leaving.....I questions that but she advised me it would be all I owed for the year. She charged the insurance company, got paid on procedures she did not even render and nothing these procedures were not towards my deductible. So she took my money and cashed the check and is under fraud investigation. Be aware of this.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr had bad bedside manner- she seemed loopy, aloof. I will go elsewhere.
