Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did the needles hurt?
Not at all, they were great! I couldn't feel a thing

Definitely; they always remember me and make me feel important
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I have gone now for two different situations; back issue and now post brain hemorrhage (good times). The staff is very friendly. Dr. Huoang answered all my questions and was very attentive. Absolutely NO pain with the needle insertion. They checked with my insurance company before I came in as a courtesy and had all the information I needed before I came in and were ready for me when I arrived. Couldn't be more pleased.
