Has a very eclectic style which is unusual in the psycho-therapeutic
world where the paradigm of coexistence is supplanted with a very
real sense of private identity.

This therapist is incredible, the best I have ever been to.

My husband and I went to her for about a year for our marriage issues. She was very helpful, especially to me individually but also to our marriage. She kept us together and able to talk through things. She also helped me see myself in a whole new way, and as a result, I came to understand and love myself as I hadn't before.

She is gentle, patient, kind, funny, smart, helpful, you name it. She loves feedback, does not get offended, and works with you how you want to be worked with. She's there to help and serve you, not put you through a pre-determined program.

I can't say enough nice things, nor recommend her highly enough.

If you are a sensitive, fragile, or misunderstood person, she is an especially good fit. If you like to say what you need and or even just that you don't like what's happening, she will listen, and help you.

If you are looking for someone very militant, quick to diagnose, or brutally honest without wasting time developing trust and relationship, you might not be 100% satisfied with Debbie. However, if you asked her for more structure, emphasis on diagnosing, and tell her you don't want/need "babying," she would probably be up for that. I can't say for sure, I just know that she took every request I ever made into consideration, and adapted to fit me.

If you know you need a really firm hand, and don't trust yourself to ask for it, you might be better off looking for someone who is already more geared that way.

But if you, like me, need a trusting, respectful, and flexible relationship with your therapist, and a "gentler touch," she is absolutely perfect.

Good luck finding a therapist!
