Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
