The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

There is no comparison!

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, there was no annoying music

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Never, they are very reliable.

My issue was Generalized Anxiety Disorder and a recent Panic Attack. After the first session, Art correctly diagnosed me as having GAD my entire life. Over a period of 21 sessions, Art was extremely helpful dealing with not only the GAD but with sexual abuse and adult child of alcoholic issues as well as the consequences of a life of anxiety; fear, social isolation, low self-esteem and intimacy issues. He was very reassuring that I had not only survived but successfully dealt with these issues over the years and congratulated me for staying true to my values. He encouraged me to continue to allow my natural personality to shine in order to meet new people and become more involved in the community as well as to keep positive that there is indeed someone "out there" who will appreciate and share my values. He also reassured me that I did not need a Psychiatrist nor medication but to just keep practicing my automatic thought response program and stay in touch with my feelings. I now do things I would not have dreamed of doing in the past. I am testing my boundaries and have confidence in myself that I can indeed keep myself "safe" and instead of retreating, confront not only my feelings but other people who cross my boundaries. Don't suffer, go see Art.

Art is a wise person. His great gift is finding tangible solutions to problems, particularly in managing my anxiety issues. In addition, he is funny and personable, which are wonderful assets in a counseling setting. He is very understanding and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend his services.
