When my bottom retainer, which had been in my mouth for almost a decade, broke, I went in to Dr. Knuth's office to get it repaired. After a particularly long wait, which the office did apologize for, my retainer was glued back in, and I thought the problem was solved. However, two days later the retainer broke again, so the office "fixed" it free of charge, after another long wait in the waiting room. A few months later, when I was no longer living in Greencastle, my retainer broke yet again. The office refused to reimburse me for getting it fixed elsewhere, so I was left to foot the bill for their shoddy work. If you value quality dentistry, beware this office.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
