I went to Lansdale Eye Associates for an eye exam, contact lenses, and new glasses. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly. I'll be going back for lenses, etc. in the future.

This has been a horrible experience overall. The doctors are rude and the staff who works there are miserable people (except one who treated me kindly throughout the process). They are expensive and said they would charge me once for every time I needed to see them for the next 3 months... but the charged me a second time when I went back in the 3rd month. I had to go back in the 3rd month bc after all that time my eyes still weren't adjusting to the new prescription. They were unhelpful, not knowledgeable, and very rude-- not just to me but to other customers. I noticed this while sitting in their waiting room one day for 45 minutes waiting for my appointment. They are just mean to the other customers there. Even the ones spending large sums of money! They also only let you order your contacts or glass from them; pressure you to pick out new frames before you leave. I won't be going there again and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I went as a new patient hoping to get an updated prescription bc my old eye dr relocated. It had been 2 years since I had been to the eye dr. They didn't do a full exam with dilation or anything like that, they only checked for my contacts. I tried 4-5 different pairs and still left with one I wasn't comfortable with. 3 months later, I have been back there at least 6 times for more visits/to pick up various brands and levels of contacts and still nothing is working. I have one more appointment scheduled this week and if I still leave unhappy I will be finding a new doctor in the area.

There was one woman who was polite to me- Michelle. Everyone else was not friendly at all, especially the woman who came into the room with the Dr. (short hair). She has a huge attitude problem and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. There is another woman who works the front desk/glasses station who is very short and rude (both over the phone and in person).


I feel like my 6+ appointments were pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I feel worse than I did 4 months ago-- with a prescription that was 2 years old!!!
