I agree that the staff is courteous and helpful, and Dr. Luongo himself seems competent enough. I do agree with the comment, however, that he conducts the visit as if there is someone monitoring him with a stopwatch to insure that he gets through the visit as quickly as possible. A little small talk wouldnt hurt! Bottom line, however...I would definitely recommend this doctor and his staff.

Nice group of people, but the wait time can be 10 minutes or an hour...also, the doctor really breezes through the exam, as if he's got more important things to do.

They needed to pay a more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Dr Longo put me in a boot for a broken foot saying it couldn't hurt. Then, when that didn't help he sent me for a CT scan, which he didn't even look at, the scan or the results until I reminded him that he had sent me for the scan and that the radiologist (whom I had to contact to verify that the results had been sent) told me that it had been sent 10 days prior. Then, still leaving me in the boot (saying it still can't hurt) said, we need an MRI, and the office would contact me with the approval code to schedule the MRI. FIrst, I noticed that the paperwork they handed me had the wrong foot!. Once I called the office to correct that, I never heard back from them. I finally checked with the insurance and found out that I had been approved for the MRI 2 months ago and if I didn';t get it soon, I would be out of the approval dates! I am never going back to this office or this Doctor!

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
