It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The office was easy enough to find.
