They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Great care, very personable and competent Dr's and an exceptional staff. It is obvious the staff is well treated and valued as it shows in the exceptional customer service they extend to the patients. Most importantly, Dr Nguyen has worked hard to find a solution to my specific contact needs.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. If you ever need a new pair of glasses you must check out this optometrist's practice. They carry a huge selection of designer frames and will definitely have something you will like. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
