I have seen Dr. Galbraith a few times in the past. He has always made my feet feel much better. In the beginning his office staff wasn't very friendly but I think they have gotten MUCH better. I even think Dr. himself has gotten better at making you feel like a good patient.

Changed the surgery plans that were in agreement prior to surgery, as a result from Dr Galbraith decision, my big toe sticks up and I'm about to loose my toe nail. Months after surgery, he kinda admitted that he was wrong. But now I have to pay for the surgery and surgery center again, even though it was his fault. No ownership here. I would not recommend him.

.I first used Dr. Galbraith for planters fasciitis before I had any idea what it was, and had been suffering the terrible pain for way too long, never imagining there was help from it. I decided he was a saint when I realized how quickly he was able to help me. Oh HEAVENS what a relief! I've referred many people to him since, and referred my daughter to him today. I had an occasion to visit him for a different reason that had both of us baffled for a bit about a year ago, my foot was too painful to stand on, but we couldn't see anything on x-ray, although I could feel a bubble, or lump inside. It didn't fit the criteria of any of the types of things they normally see, .. Dr. Galbraith had a PA working with him, both of them were great- so was the office, but we were all baffled until I was sent to a rheumatologist. Sjogrens and Nodular RA can cause weird things that they don't usually see. I was glad they tried so hard. I can walk fine, now.

Not at all will I go back. The doctor rushed and didnt seem to listen to what I was saying. The staff was rude and on the first appointment I was completely ignored for 7 minutes while they chatted. I went in 3 times trying to get answers and help with foot pain. Waste of time and money. All the doctor wanted to do was "adjustments" to insoles that weren't working and hurt. When I tried to tell him that my feet hurt worse wearing the insoles, he rolled his eyes, like a brat teenager. I was so upset and disappointed with this office I will not go back!
