Dr Goswan has a wealth of knowledge. Even some wisdom that you have to pull out of him knowing the password. Get clued in San Diego, all pain has a cause and all pain can be totally wiped out. It took me years to find the "wipe out pain relief". Ask him what to do, he will know. And if your taking a bunch of pain medicine please bring them all in and ask him is he can help you find a better way to live. Existing in pain, from pill to endless pill is not the way to go.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.
