The staff and the office manager I think, are very unprofessional especially when they are talking about other people who may or may not be clients. the patients sit in a different area but their conversations can easily be heard
The staff cannot or will not answer any basic questions and always have to refer to the chiropractor which then interrupts the current patient with him. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. The staff clearly needs more training in most areas.
Also, the carpet in their massage rooms are filty with stains of some kind and the linens don't feel clean. I would not recommend this chiropractor for treatment or massages.
