Outstanding Doctor. I found in his office what I expected to. Very professional, kind and understanding doctor. He does make sure you leave his office with a great satisfaction and also with all your questions answered. Great, great doctor. Also the environment is so beautiful and calm. On my first appointment, I was kind of nervous, but once I went inside the office, every nervousness went away. They treat patients with so much kindness. I will recommend Dr.Benus to anybody. Thank you Dr. Benus for everything and answering all my questions. Also, thanks for the postcard I received afterwards.

I went to Dr Benus today and he was awesome. I was expecting a very painful procedure but he did everything so well that i barely had any pain at all, which is more than I can say about the last podiatrist that I went to. The other guy stuck each toe about 14 times, and it hurt terribly. Dr Benus stuck both toes twice. He used an electroshock device to prevent me from failing the stick, the other doctor didn't and I felt all 14 sticks on each toe. He was very talkative, and a joy to talk to. He has been in practice for 35 years, and it does show. He also had employees of all races. The other doctor had ONLY a all black staff which I find strange, and he didn't talk, in fact, he seem bothered that I was even there. Dr Benus made me feel at home right from the beginning, and so did his staff. I left his office with a big smile, where the other doctor I was just about in tears. I will NEVER go to another podiatrist again except Dr Benus. I just can not say enough great things about him, I am 100% satisfied and will recommend him to everyone!

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
