Totally happy with the care I recieved form Dr Cook and his staff. They were all very plesant to me. I will go back for any problem I have in the future. I have recommended him to all my family and friends. I went in his office as they were working on closing, he was able to see me and was I greeted with a smile. I work in a busy ER sometimes my shifts are 12 hrs plus, 4 to 5 days a week.....in great pain went to see Dr Cook. He fixed my foot, in the same week was back to work, no pain no limp. Thank you Dr. Cook and your staff.

I'm giving Dr Cook a low rating because of his professional behavior when he thinks the patient is unaware. I had surgery and he was like a madman to the operating room staff. My IV was small and running slow. The staff was trying to say wait until the medicine took affect. Dr Cook was like a wild, out of controlled man. He was vile and angry without cause. One of the other staff was trying to intervene when he was attacking. He's not the person he presents in the office. I don't know what happened after that and woke up in the recovery room.
