My wife went to the clinic for an eye exam and everything went smoothly until they billed the wrong insurance and refused to bill the correct insurance. We told them from day one we had VSP but after multiple phone calls to their front staff and biller explaining this they refused to correct the situation and straighten out the billing. This is after having received a bill almost a year later, after it was to late to bill VSP. The staff was so incompetent that I went straight to the Dr and she refused to listen and hung up on me, how unprofessional and rude. Definitely not recommended! This review combined with the others should big a big red flag...

CAVEAT EMPTOR! They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
