Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts. They were so helpful that they even recommended a brand that they thought would be appropriate for my lifestyle. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
