Unprofessional! Dr. Royall was extremely rude to me. I had no problems with his staff, they were helpful. Dr. Royall just has an attitude of 'I'm a doctor, so my time is more important then yours.' Which is actually what he said to me. Unprofessional!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
