They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
